Full grooms include being bathed & shampooed twice, blow dry, brushing & combing, a full-body haircut of your choosing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.

We take our 3 year old panda pug to Allie at Sugar and Spice for nail trimming every month since we took her home at 8 weeks. She is better than most pugs about the task but we still dont want to do it ourselves! We want our pug to still like us! I LOVE Meg and Alli over at Sugar and Spice!! I’ve been bringing my dogs Luna & Molly here for a few years!! And I live a good distance away but it’s definitely worth it!! I have tried a bunch of different groomers all over and never found one like them. Other places just don’t have what this place has. The staff treat my dog like their own. I have tiny dogs who can be feisty or scared so I’m always worried about her safety but S&S has a very safe and comfortable set up for all dogs. The ladies are always are so accommodating to our needs that I am a customer for life. They do an amazing job and pay attention to detail. They really got to know my dogs and how I like them groomed. I’d give 10 ⭐️ if I could!

Allison Saunders

Hello! My name is Alli and I am the Owner and primary operator of Sugar and Spice Dog Grooming. I am a wife and busy mom of two young boys and a dog mom to two oversized doodles. I’m a fourth-generation Columbia resident and spend my free time cooking, roaming garden centres and shamelessly in line at Starbucks. My favourite dogs to groom are Doodles and Yorkies. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding dog grooming services!

Hi! I’m Meg! A groomer here at Sugar and Spice.It has been so wonderful meeting you and your pups over the last year and a half. Alittle bit about myself.I grew up and lived in Hebron until my husband and I bought our first home here in Colchester in 2020. We have two loving children and quite a handful of pets.I enjoy playing softball and have a new found joy in skiing. I have been a groomer for 7 years and love working here in Colchester! I look forward to continuing serving the community and meeting all of your pups.

Once your appointment is confirmed your appointment has been booked. Not ALL requests will be satisfied. Unfortunately, some dogs require special grooming requirements.
